Our doctors believe that furthering their knowledge through participation in continuing education classes is perhaps one of their most important responsibilities as professionals. Periodontal and dental implant research moves quickly, and our doctors spend countless hours annually and travel to many parts of the world in an effort to stay at the cutting edge of their specialty to provide the highest quality care to our patients.
In addition to participating in a variety of continuing education courses, our doctors lead three local study clubs. These study groups aim to offer world-class educational opportunities to local restorative (family) dentists, dental specialists, and dental hygienists, as well as administrative and clinical dental teams.
Our periodontists recognize the tremendous learning opportunity for themselves and their team when they are allowed to teach and host educational events for their colleagues. Recognition of the value of this gift led the doctors to design and build The Northern Virginia Periodontics Center for Education in 2016, a state-of-the-art learning facility located across the hall from their downtown Falls Church office.
