We believe it is essential for us to work with our patients to determine their clinical needs, rather than have these decisions influenced by a third party.
As such, we operate as a fee-for-service practice and are not contracted by any dental insurance plans.
However, as a courtesy, we are happy to file your claims on your behalf and provide all the necessary information to ensure they are processed correctly.
Transparency in Dental Care & Billing
To ensure transparency in your dental care and billing, the fees are due on the day of service.
During your initial consultation, we will clearly explain all available financial options to suit your needs.
Drs. Gouldin, Carlos and Gohel, and their team are committed to providing excellent dental care while helping you choose the best payment option for your individual needs.
For your convenience, we accept checks, Master Card, Visa, and American Express.
For additional flexibility, we offer financing through Patient Fi and CareCredit. These third party partners are specifically designed to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance.
They offer financing for $1 to $25,000, with a variety of monthly payment plans that fit within your budget, making periodontal and implant treatment accessible to all.

Our fees are established based on the exceptional skill, time, judgment, professional care, and office environment provided by Drs. Gouldin, Carlos and Gohel, and their team. Our commitment is to continuously provide the best treatment available, regardless of insurance involvement.
Our treatment coordinators are here to help you obtain the maximum benefits you are entitled to under your dental insurance plan. There are hundreds of dental insurance plans in existence and some of these companies change policies and guidelines weekly. Therefore, we encourage you to bring all of your insurance benefit information including your insurance card, to your appointment, and to keep us informed of any change to your insurance.
